Taskie MCP

  • checklist_addCreate a checklist with items on a task, or append items to one of its checklists (checklist_id from task_get include=checklists). Use checklist_item_set to tick or edit items afterwards.
  • checklist_item_setTick, untick, retitle, or re-date one checklist item on a task.
  • comment_addAdd a comment to a task the authenticated user can comment on.
  • comment_listFetch minimized comments for a visible task.
  • document_attachment_addAttach a file to a document page, sent either as base64 or downloaded from a public https URL. Maximum 20 MB.
  • document_attachment_listList the files attached to a document page.
  • document_attachment_moveRe-file an attachment under a different document page. Use this when a file was attached to the wrong page; use document_attachment_add to upload a new one. Both pages must be writable by the caller and in the same workspace. Returns the moved attachment summary.
  • document_folder_createCreate a folder in the workspace document center, optionally nested inside another folder. Project documents have no folders of their own.
  • document_folder_deleteDelete a document center folder. Use this only after the user has explicitly asked for the folder to be removed; you must pass confirm=true. The pages inside are not deleted — they move to the root of the document center. Returns the deleted folder summary. Project document folders cannot be deleted
  • document_folder_moveRe-parent a document center folder, or send it back to the root with a null parent_folder_id. Use this to reorganise the document tree; use document_folder_update to rename. Returns the updated folder summary. Moving a folder into one of its own sub-folders is rejected.
  • document_folder_updateRename a document center folder and set its icon. Use this when the user wants to relabel a folder; use document_folder_move to change where it sits. Returns the updated folder summary. Project document folders cannot be renamed.
  • document_getRead one document page. Returns Markdown by default; page through long documents with offset and next_offset.
  • document_page_createCreate a document page in the workspace document center or a project, optionally inside a folder or nested under another page.
  • document_page_updateChange a document page's title or body. Refused while someone is editing the page in the collaborative editor.
  • document_treeList one layer of the document center: folders and pages. Omit every argument for the workspace root, or pass folder_id, parent_document_page_id, or project_id to descend.
  • goal_listList workspace goals with their progress and health.
  • member_listList workspace members with their role, teams, job description (responsibilities) and skills. Use it to choose who a task should be assigned to by matching the work against each member's responsibilities, then pass the member id as assignee_user_id to task_create or task_assign_user. Responsibilitie

Returns the sto
  • task_attachment_listList the files attached to a task, newest first. Use this to discover what is already on a task before uploading a duplicate. • task_createCreate a task in a project the authenticated user can edit.
  • task_dependency_addLink two tasks: blocking, waiting_on, or a non-blocking semantic relation.
  • task_find_similarBefore creating a task, check whether a similar open task already exists. Returns the closest matches with a 0-1 similarity score; when one is a real match, update it (task_update, comment_add) instead of creating a duplicate.
  • task_getFetch minimized details for one visible task.
  • task_labels_setReplace the full label set on a task. Send an empty list to clear every label.
